MyCommunity enables committee members, owners and tenants to communicate with each other and access information relating to their property (such as notices, documents, building facilities information and contact information for your Owners Corporation Manager) in a secure online environment.

Your tailored MyCommunity landing page can be only be accessed by those owners who have received the MyCommunity welcome email with your login details.
Please contact our office if you haven't received, or lost, your MyCommunity welcome email.
Once you have received an email and activated your account, you will be able to login from the landing page.
Owners have access to additional functionality such as making requests, accessing documents such as levy notices and meeting minutes, and viewing fee statements.
You can also click your display name in the top right-hand corner to access your profile. From your profile page you can update your contact details, and register pets, emergency contacts and vehicles to your lot.
Committee Members can access the most information and functionality within the My Community portal.
Under the ‘Committee’ heading of the main navigation, they can find documents, the names of the Committee member and Action Items depending on the file permissions.
From the ‘Reports’ heading, a whole host of important reports can be accessed, including a Financial Snapshot, Balance Sheet, Income & Expense statements and more.
The tenant will receive access to the portal by request.
The tenants only have access to a small number of areas, such as certain documents, MyCommunity Notices and making requests.
The first screen you see when logging in is your Dashboard. This is where you see an overview of your community.
View the Levies for your property / lot number. Your levies can also be paid from here
Access a financial snapshot, budgets, income & expenditure, accounts payable etc of your property or Lot Number.
Some reports only available for Committee Members.
This section holds the current and previous Insurance policies for your property.
This area is for important Documents and Notices relating to the property e.g. Holiday Closures and Maintenance taking place at the property
There are a variety of requests which can be made via MyCommunity:
Maintenance requests may include: Air-conditioning, cleaning, doors and locks, electrical, garbage chute, glass, general maintenance/handy man, lift/elevator service and repairs etc
Please ensure to provide a description of the problem and attach any relevant images or documents.
